Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Morneau Transport is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and pallets
  • Operate a variety of equipment to move products and materials, including forklifts and pallet lifters
  • Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements
  • Ship orders and pick orders, and stock shelves
  • Make labels and attach them to goods, and wrap goods for shipping
  • Pack and unpack goods, and sort, crate, and stack them
  • Install, lash, and secure goods, and store cargo and materials
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and use computerized inventory control systems
  • Handle hazardous products and store them safely
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Rough terrain forklift training and Forklift Operator Certification
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
Work Environment:

Morneau Transport is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be working in a warehouse setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a dusty environment.
