Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

UTA Hair Beauty Salon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of stylists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our team members to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing calm and professional guidance.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our salon, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and coordinate the work of office and volunteer staff, ensuring effective support to the team.
