Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at UTA Hair Beauty Salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of our hairdressing team to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including assisting those with special needs.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our hairdressing team, including reviewing their performance and providing feedback.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Experience:
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
