Hair Salon Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Salon Manager to join our team at Hair Palace Beauty Supply & Salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and Control Daily Operations: The Hair Salon Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: The Hair Salon Manager will evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: The Hair Salon Manager will plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and controlling inventory.
- Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: The Hair Salon Manager will establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and development programs.
- Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: The Hair Salon Manager will plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that all financial and operational goals are met.
- Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: The Hair Salon Manager will manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are effective and efficient.
- Hire, Train and Supervise Staff: The Hair Salon Manager will hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
