Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Revo Plumbing and Heating Incorporated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install and overhaul heating systems, install refrigeration systems, and install ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot heating systems, troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, and repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, coach and instruct apprentices, and handle, recover, and store refrigerants.
- Quality Control: Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation, read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements, and perform maintenance such as recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, or calibrating system.
- Certifications: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate, Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
