Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at PRF Mobile Washing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, residential areas, and commercial buildings. The role will require working outdoors in all weather conditions and may involve exposure to noisy, odorous, and dusty environments.
