Client Partner, Violence Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Partner, Violence Prevention to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of our Violence Prevention program.
About the Role:The Client Partner, Violence Prevention will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of our Violence Prevention program, including policies, work procedures, education and training, risk identification and assessment procedures, communication of risk and reporting and documenting of aggressive incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Violence Prevention education programs, including risk-specific curriculums for acute care, community and residential programs.
- Provide clinical leadership for the Violence Prevention program and assist departments in troubleshooting specific issues related to aggressive behavior.
- Develop and maintain reporting and audit systems to monitor the ongoing effectiveness of the Violence Prevention program.
- Liaise with department managers, supervisors, staff and external agencies, such as WorkSafe BC.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline and a professional designation, inclusive of specialized training in occupational health and safety. You will also need three to five years of recent related progressive health and safety experience in a large complex organization.
You will be required to have a valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
