Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent service to guests.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems that may arise, using your discretion and judgment to make decisions that benefit the hotel and its guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Rural area.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in your tasks.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Accurate: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, focusing on meeting the needs of our guests.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and reliability in your work, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests, using efficient interpersonal skills to communicate and resolve issues.
