Hotel Operations Manager

At Andersen Inn & Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the hotel's computer systems and equipment, ensuring that they are functioning properly and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain the hotel's operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
