At The Woodyard Brewhouse & Eatery, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our brewery and eatery.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or production environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Transportation and Warehouse Operations: Safely transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials within the brewery and eatery.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of processing machines and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues to the production team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with process control and machine operators to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, and strong work ethic.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive health and dental plan, life insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
