Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Inder's Your Independent Grocer. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing incoming shipments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and sort incoming stock, and record inventory levels accurately.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving and display areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and directing customers to products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock, and process electronic transactions using computer equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
