Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Land Quality and Remediation team in Regina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering environmental projects related to contaminated site assessment, remediation, and management.

With a strong background in environmental engineering, geology, or a related discipline, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in contaminated site work, including managing and leading environmental site assessments (Phase I, II, and III ESAs), soil and groundwater sampling, and remediation programs.

You will work closely with clients to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, assist in mentoring junior and intermediate staff, and provide leadership in Health and Safety. Your expertise will be invaluable to our team, and you will have opportunities to grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively delegate and oversee project tasks to manage small technical groups and technical programs, including all facets of project delivery
  • Communicate directly with clients to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in mentoring junior and intermediate staff in project management/fieldwork/task management skills
  • Provide leadership in Health and Safety through open and positive communications with all staff
  • Participate in all facets of contaminated site projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects, field sampling, and reporting
