Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Land Quality and Remediation team in Regina, Canada.

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves full project management responsibilities for various programs related to contaminated site assessment, monitoring, management, and remediation. You will work closely with clients, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively delegate and oversee project tasks to manage small technical groups and technical programs.
  • Communicate directly with clients to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in mentoring junior and intermediate staff in project management/fieldwork/task management skills.
  • Provide leadership in Health and Safety through open and positive communications with all staff.
  • Participate in all facets of contaminated site projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in contaminated site work, including managing and leading environmental site assessments (Phase I, II, and III ESAs), soil and groundwater sampling, and remediation programs.
  • Experience working in the energy sector is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge and practical application of health & safety requirements unique to oil and gas facilities, construction sites, subsurface investigations, and contaminated sites.
  • Work well independently or in small teams, including the ability to work alone in remote locations and adapt to conditions/resources.
