Total Rewards and Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Extendicare.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to support Compensation, Benefits and Retirement programs across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project work around building a compensation framework and job evaluation program for the organization
- Contribute to year-end processes supporting annual incentive and base salary increase programs
- Analyze total rewards data, complete cost modeling and compile reports and documentation
- Work closely with the Labour & Employee Relations team to implement CBA changes related to total rewards
You will be responsible for conducting and participating in total rewards surveys, analyzing results and presenting data to show overall market trends and competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel and experience working with large and complex HR/Financial data sets.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Commerce with a focus in Finance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Total Rewards or as an HR Analyst
- Expert level user of Excel and experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday
Benefits:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
