Job Title: Workday Implementation Analyst Specialist

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Total Rewards Strategy

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in the administration and analysis of competitive total rewards programs that support our organization's strategic objectives. This includes the design, documentation, and maintenance of total rewards programs, cost modeling, and preparing compensation reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with administration, research, data analytics, and modeling to further design, maintain, and improve total rewards programs.
  • Gather and analyze total rewards data, complete cost modeling, and compile reports and documentation in preparation for collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Work with service providers, facility leaders, and various teams to implement CBA changes related to total rewards.
  • Assist and provide support in the annual compensation cycle, including market research, creating and administering merit increase data files, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the compensation process.
  • Conduct and participate in total rewards surveys that support the ongoing development of our Total Rewards strategy, analyzing results and presenting data to show overall market trends and competitiveness.
  • Help develop and implement ongoing benefit projects and provide on-going support to the Workday team to ensure a successful Workday implementation.
  • Participate in projects and provide administrative support to the team, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Commerce with a focus in Finance.
  • Professional designation (CCP, CEBS, or other equivalent designation) would be considered an asset.
  • Expert level user of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and modeling with large and complex HR/Financial data sets.
  • Ability to collect and analyze big data to thoroughly think through problems and situations and provide recommendations and input on solutions, where applicable.
  • Commitment to data integrity and initiative in continuous learning and development.
  • Experience presenting information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday.
