As a clinic nurse with Coverdale Clinics, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and gain valuable experience in a patient-centered care environment. Our low nurse-to-patient ratios and commitment to top-notch patient care will enable you to provide exceptional services and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer specialized IV and injection therapies with precision and care;
- Review and implement physician orders with attention to detail;
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform care decisions;
- Initiate IV lines and perform phlebotomy with confidence;
- Teach patients about injections and self-injection techniques;
- Provide general health and medication education to patients;
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations according to Coverdale Infusion Clinics Inc. standards;
- Lead and support Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses as needed;
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in the field.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in a hospital setting;
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration in good standing;
- Training and experience in medication administration via all routes;
- Excellent intravenous skills and ability to read technical instructions;
- Current BCLS certification and ability to observe and assess clients;
- Experience with biologics/infusions is an asset.

- Part-time permanent position, 3 days per week;
