We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing leadership and guidance to our veterinary nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our veterinary nurses, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations, procedures, and post-operative care.
- Team Management: Manage and develop our veterinary nursing team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the development of our practice, including the implementation of new clinical procedures and the improvement of patient care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary nurses, other clinicians, and practice management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- RCVS Registration: Be a registered Veterinary Surgeon with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
- Clinical Experience: Have significant clinical experience, including experience in leading and managing veterinary nursing teams.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
