Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction and minimize defects.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
