Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LIDS. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with our company's dress code policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining signage, and ensuring store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to our dress code policy and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Protect company assets by following LIDS Retail policies and procedures.
  • Manage store inventory by processing shipments, resetting merchandise, and conducting accurate product counts.
  • Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of the time.

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent
