Pharmaceutical Care Leader

About the Role:- Provide pharmacy clinical and patient management services to Calgary Co-op members and other patients to meet their healthcare needs while ensuring the highest levels of customer care service and consultancy.
- Promote, organize, and conduct in-store clinic days or public forums in pharmacy areas of practice which may include injections, diabetes health, respiratory health, geriatric health, travel health, tobacco reduction, or other therapeutic areas.
- Train and develop other pharmacists in a certification area of practice.
- Presentations to other team members, patients, or external community liaisons (physicians, businesses, schools).

What You'll Need:- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc. or Pharm. D.).
- Licensed and registered with Alberta College of Pharmacists.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection.
