Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

Nile Properties (1988) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient operation of hotel services.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high standards.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain and repair hotel equipment, computer systems, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
