Operational Leader for Food Services

K&K SONS 1 HOLDINGS INC is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee its food services department.
Job OverviewThe Shift Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our food services team, ensuring high-quality food and service are provided to our customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, guaranteeing seamless day-to-day operations.
- Requisition necessary food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, emphasizing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Hire qualified food service staff, adhering to our company's recruitment processes.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive budget and cost estimates, identifying areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
