Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise working groups to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads is required.
