IT Development Manager

Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay is seeking a seasoned IT Development Manager to lead our technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, supervising staff, and training them to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles. You will also establish and implement policies and procedures for our information systems, authorize the development of specifications for products or services, and meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Additionally, you will manage incidents, implement robotic process automation, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. If you have a strong background in IT and are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The position is permanent, with a 30-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
