We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of staff and contribute to the success of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by Example: Setting the tone for exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Ensuring efficient scheduling and workload management to meet business needs;
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Providing guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential;
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining quality control standards to ensure that our food meets the highest standards;
  • Employee Development: Identifying training needs and opportunities to support the growth and development of our team members;

About You

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors;
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations;
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit;
  • You have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant education or training;
