About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building innovative solutions and being exposed to new challenges and technologies while making a meaningful impact.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that transform the legal experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience;
  • Create LLM-based solutions to help clients save time and increase efficiency;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify new ML-driven features;
  • Work in an agile environment with a team of machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers on various projects;
Requirements
  • Experience in model development, specifically with traditional machine learning, NLP-based modeling, and transformer models;
  • Ability to manipulate, clean, and pre-process complex unstructured data for model development;
  • Experience working with open-source LLM foundation models and APIs for commercial LLMs;
  • The ability to quickly gain fluency in new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Demonstrated success in mentorship, particularly using Agile processes and with large-scale SaaS products;
  • A diverse base of knowledge to help the team solve complex technical problems;
  • A portfolio of past projects, including notable successes and lessons learned;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships;
  • Learning new things, challenging yourself, and honing your craft as a machine learning expert;
  • Participating in diverse projects and collaborating with multiple engineering teams;
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on code;
  • Collaborating with teams to diagnose, understand, and solve problems;
