What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to create something brilliant. As a key member of our Machine Learning team, you will create and maintain machine learning models, work in an Agile environment to understand and develop solutions for requirements, and collaborate with the team to adopt the latest technologies in AI/ML.

Key duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering state-of-the-art machine learning solutions to add intelligence to our data analysis and software-as-a-service platform
  • Establishing meaningful criteria for evaluating algorithm performance and suitability
  • Developing clear software specifications for implementing trained models
  • Implementing working, scalable, production-ready Machine Learning and AI Process Automation models and code
  • Optimizing processes for maximum speed, performance, and accuracy
  • Participating in the end-to-end software development of new feature functionality and design capabilities
  • Crafting clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Staying up-to-date with Machine Learning best practices and evolving open-source frameworks
  • Regularly seeking out innovation and continuous improvement, finding efficiency in all assigned tasks
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Research, Machine Learning Engineering, or engineering experienced in deep learning
  • Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe2, scikit-learn, or similar machine learning frameworks
  • Experience with generative modeling for computer vision applications
  • Experience using a range of generative AI consumer technology
  • Curiosity about cutting-edge AI technologies
