Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. This role is for someone who is passionate about building innovative solutions and being exposed to new challenges and technologies while making an impact.
What you will do:
You will develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve Clio's customer experience. You will create LLMs-based solutions to help Clio's clients save time and create efficiencies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify new ML-driven features for Clio customers.
What you will need:
You will have experience in model development, specifically with traditional machine learning, NLP-based modeling, and transformer models. You will be able to manipulate, clean, and pre-process complex unstructured data for model development. You will have experience working with open-source LLM foundations models as well as APIs for commercial LLMs, such as ChatGPT or Gemeni.
