Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Edo Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
