As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong relationships, and helping us grow our presence in the local community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters client loyalty and retention
- Identify clients' business challenges and act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by leveraging your knowledge of underwriting principles and industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote and sell insurance products

**Requirements:**
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- At least 6 months of industry experience
