We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Duncan, BC.
About the Role:
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products
- Take ownership of client relationships and help grow our presence in the local community
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles

Requirements:
- Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build authentic client relationships
- Master time manager with confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP
- 6 months+ of industry experience
