Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Strathmere Farm Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement budget plans to control food, ingredient, and supply costs
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to make informed decisions
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to ensure the best possible deals
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage events and ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
