About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Super Carpet Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all cleaning standards are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that the cleaning operations are run efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Development: Identify opportunities to improve services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
