About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at AMHAR Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist the cleaning staff with their duties as needed, ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
