Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at RI Cleaning LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and safe.
  • Prepare Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered within budget.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure that our business is running smoothly.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff as needed to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Office building, cleaning service company, commercial facility, hospital/medical facility or clinic, school or educational institution/establishment, shopping centre or mall.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, flexibility, reliability.
