Job Overview:

The Senior Retail Operations Director will play a pivotal role in leading our retail operations team, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of our strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, managing store performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store profitability.
  • Lead and manage the retail operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business plans, setting goals and objectives aligned with company vision.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform operational decisions and optimize store layouts.
