About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team at Savers. This is a key role in our retail operations, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.

  • Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses to meet budget targets.
