Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist clients with special needs
  • Provide customer service
