Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
