Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Professional

River Rock Casino Resort is seeking a skilled Server to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking food and beverage orders and serving guests with a smile
  • Providing recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Informing guests of daily specials and explaining menu items and beverages
  • Preparing food and beverages as needed
  • Presenting bills and handling payments
  • Removing empty glassware and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Covering other sections as needed and liaising with operational departments
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of recent cash handling and customer service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work well under pressure
  • Serving It Right certificate required
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
