Key Responsibilities
• Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Develop and implement retail operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
• Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks to ensure seamless store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement sales plans, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements
• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a related industry
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
