Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Canaweld Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of electrical equipment, ensuring high-quality products, and leading a team of skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the electrical equipment manufacturing department
  • Establish and maintain high-quality production standards
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of skilled professionals. The work setting is in an urban area, and the candidate must be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Security and Safety

The candidate must have a basic security clearance and be able to handle heavy loads. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
