Job Title: Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Canaweld Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of assemblers, inspectors, and machine operators in the electrical equipment manufacturing department. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of assemblers, inspectors, and machine operators
  • Ensure that all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and other departments
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or a related field
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic security clearance
