Job Title: Barber Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at The Style Academy Inc.

Job Summary:

The Barber Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our barber shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of barbers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the barber shop, including inventory control, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for barbers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the barber shop, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions:

The Barber Shop Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The manager will be required to work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
