Barber Shop Operations Manager

The Style Academy Inc. is seeking a skilled Barber Shop Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and inventory, and responding to enquiries from the business community. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Tasks
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to optimize resources
  • Respond to enquiries from the business community to build relationships and identify opportunities
  • Plan development projects to drive business growth
  • Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Answer inquiries from students to provide support and guidance
  • Evaluate the scope and sequence of the curriculum to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop the content of the curriculum to enhance customer experience

  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
