Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, process business transactions, and adhere to accounting best practices.
Reporting:Develop a suite of reporting to support regions and executive leadership, review and report on labor costs and fixed expenses, and provide monthly reports on cost savings opportunities.
Communication:Streamline office communication and administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Accounting Experience:
Three to Five years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience, with a preference for accounts payable experience.
Office Management Experience:Must have office management experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and communication protocols.
Education:High school degree; bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills:Able to analyze financial records and transfer information, proficient in data entry and word processing, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
