Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Star Shield Solutions, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting/bookkeeping and office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, process business transactions, and adhere to accounting best practices.

Reporting:

Develop a suite of reporting to support regions and executive leadership, review and report on labor costs and fixed expenses, and provide monthly reports on cost savings opportunities.

Communication:

Streamline office communication and administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Experience:

Three to Five years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience, with a preference for accounts payable experience.

Office Management Experience:

Must have office management experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and communication protocols.

Education:

High school degree; bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

Able to analyze financial records and transfer information, proficient in data entry and word processing, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
