We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, Regional Diabetes Programs
  • Conduct initial reviews of referrals to Diabetes Central
  • Interact with clients, partner service providers, or healthcare professionals by phone or email
  • Track client status and conduct basic analysis of trends
  • Perform general office duties and management

Requirements
  • Secretarial diploma or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum two years working as administrative support in health or social services fields
  • Direct client contact experience in health or social services fields
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal skills in French and English
  • Proficient with Windows operating system and MS suite of products
  • Familiarity with basic website maintenance and updating
