Diesel Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Diesel Service Coordinator to join our team at True Value Diesel Repair.
Job Description:The Diesel Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the flow of information within the team, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and 35-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-6 months of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
