Job Title: Bellperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellperson to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist with luggage transportation and storage, ensuring efficient and secure handling
  • Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Physical stamina to lift and move luggage, as required
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
