Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health coverage for employees and their families.

Job Description

As a Quality Control Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our quality control processes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing Quality Management Systems, aligning with QHSE/QA/QC policies, best practices, and corporate values.
  2. Maintaining quality documentation, reviewing regulatory data submissions, and verifying compliance or addressing non-conformance.
  3. Preparing Engineering and Document Control Packages, collaborating with the Quality Control Manager to ensure timely distribution to project teams.
  4. Developing and implementing programs to reduce incidents and risks, ensuring effective risk management plans.
  5. Reviewing bid packages for quality requirements, preparing quality documentation for submissions, and addressing any quality-related bid issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of direct Quality Control experience.
  • Competencies including team management, relationship building, change management, accountability, and ensuring safety in diverse environments.
